Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of HW Sensing Technologies to lead the development and integration of advanced sensing technologies into wearable devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of engineers to develop new capabilities for wearable devices
• Define and drive the long-term sensing technology roadmap aligned with product strategy
• Research and evaluate new sensor technologies and lead their integration into devices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developing and integrating sensing technologies
• Deep understanding of sensor principles, including optical and physiological sensors
• Experience with sensor signal processing and algorithm development
• Strong knowledge of sensor calibration and validation techniques
• Familiarity with low-power design principles
