Job Summary

Leading the SEO content team, the full-time Director of SEO Content will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, manage a team of writers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, optimized content in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise the SEO Content team to ensure consistent, high-quality output
• Design and refine the SEO content strategy to align with company goals and objectives
• Lead team development through mentorship, performance evaluations, and training programs

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience
• 6+ years of experience in team leadership and management
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
• Experience with data analysis and technology in a marketing context
• Proven ability to balance creative and technical aspects of SEO campaigns
