Job Summary

Leading the Service team, the full-time Director of Service will ensure exceptional member experiences through performance management, training, and operational excellence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Elevate the member experience by defining and improving service standards and managing escalations
  • Oversee team development, including training, mentorship, and performance management
  • Manage strategic partnerships and maintain key external relationships to support service delivery
Required qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or service leadership
  • At least 5 years of experience as a luxury travel advisor
  • Strong experience in handling escalations and complex client situations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with travel industry partnerships and advisor support models
