Job Summary
Managing client relationships and operational performance, the full-time Director of Service Delivery will design presentations for client executives, execute strategic initiatives, and conduct analytics to enhance service delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop presentations to communicate client updates and performance metrics
- Execute the R1 strategy by translating learnings into best practices and optimizing performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operational objectives and develop remediation plans for identified risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Proven ability to conduct analytics and communicate performance insights to clients
- Experience in developing standardized templates for analysis and presentations
- Strong background in improving operational performance metrics
