Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Back End Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee A/R & Denials Management Client Delivery functions and ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement department strategies and standard operating procedures to exceed client expectations
  • Monitor Client Delivery KPIs and individual performance metrics to identify and address potential client issues
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate level or above in Excel
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and time management
  • Ability to contribute to team culture and support efficiency improvements
