Job Summary
Driving service delivery commitments for Health Plan clients, the remote Director of Service Delivery will manage client relationships, lead engagement initiatives, and ensure operational excellence while working in a full-time salaried capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen multi-level client relationships, including senior stakeholders
- Lead client-facing engagement and governance discussions to align client strategy and priorities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, driving resolution and proactive risk mitigation strategies
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of Client Management PBM experience and/or Health Plan experience with oversight of the PBM
- 3+ years in direct client-facing roles
- Experience leading direct reports or cross-functional project teams
- Proven success in client escalation resolution
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and manage effectively from data insights
