Job Summary
Leading critical customer-facing operations, the remote Director of Service Operations will manage E-Rate compliance, support pricing strategy, and enhance sales operations processes while ensuring customer trust and operational accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee SPS Category 1 E-Rate compliance and serve as the primary customer advocate for E-Rate matters
- Support pricing strategy and bid response activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
- Lead Sales Operations initiatives to improve visibility, efficiency, and reporting accuracy across the SPS Division
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider organization
- Proven experience in administrative functions and project coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using financial reporting tools and MS Office applications
