Job Summary
To support the operational staffing and strategic workforce planning of the client service department, the full-time salaried Director of Service Talent Strategy will manage capacity modeling, optimize talent deployment, and oversee leadership development in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data-driven models for staffing needs based on revenue projections and client pipeline
- Implement tracking mechanisms to align team members with client accounts based on expertise and development goals
- Supervise and coach client service directors to enhance team culture and performance management
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in workforce planning and talent strategy
- Prior experience in financial services or fund administration preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing director-level leaders
- Strong capacity modeling and data-driven workforce forecasting skills
- Expertise in cost-to-serve analysis and operational profitability metrics
