Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of ServiceNow Solutions & Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for the ServiceNow platform and its integrations
• Oversee integration design and implementation between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
• Manage and mentor a team of leaders, engineers, and architects responsible for ServiceNow development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including 7+ years with ServiceNow
• Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow programs and managing integrations
• Deep understanding of ITSM principles and frameworks, with ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams across global operations
