Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Services to lead partner engagement and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a capacity advisor to partners, identifying and strengthening organizational capabilities
• Develop and operationalize tools and workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency
• Coach and support team members to foster a results-driven culture and improve team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in organizational development, capacity building, or program design
• Proven success in leading complex initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience in managing high-performing teams and fostering inclusive cultures
• Data fluency with the ability to apply insights for service improvement
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
