Job Summary

Director of Services, a full-time leadership role responsible for executing complex SaaS programs in the insurance technology sector, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple SaaS delivery programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and financial targets
• Engage directly with client executives to align technology delivery with business strategies and outcomes
• Coach and develop project managers to foster accountability and effective delivery leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation programs ($5M-$20M+)
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and financial control
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models and relevant tools such as NetSuite and Jira
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications (PMP, LOMA, FLMI, Scrum Master) preferred
