Director of Services for P&C Technology

Job Summary

Leading the execution of complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS programs, the full-time remote Director of Services for P&C Technology will ensure delivery excellence, manage client relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of complex SaaS delivery programs, ensuring commitments on timeline, quality, scope, and margin are met
• Lead project teams by staying engaged in plans, risks, and delivery details, intervening early when outcomes drift
• Drive delivery through measurable business outcomes, holding teams accountable for results rather than process adherence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions for insurance or financial services organizations
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs ($5M-$20M+) across multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams
• Deep understanding of insurance operations, data, and digital enablement, ideally in Property & Casualty
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models and modern delivery toolchains such as NetSuite and Jira
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, CPCU, or Scrum Master certification preferred
