Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Services for Life, Health, and Annuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of complex SaaS delivery programs, ensuring commitments on timeline, quality, scope, and margin are met
• Drive delivery through measurable business outcomes, holding teams accountable for results
• Partner with client executives to align technology delivery with business strategy and oversee financial governance across programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions for insurance or financial services
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation programs ($5M-$20M+) across multi-disciplinary teams
• Deep understanding of Life, Health, and Annuity insurance operations
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models and modern delivery toolchains
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, LOMA, FLMI, or Scrum Master certification preferred
