Director of Services Portfolio

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Services Portfolio to lead the strategy and governance of its services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the services portfolio strategy, prioritizing investments based on customer value and delivery feasibility
• Own scoping and estimation methodology, ensuring quality standards for Statements of Work (SOW) across offerings
• Run operational cadence including deal reviews and capacity forecasting while partnering with various teams to maintain performance analytics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, Product/Portfolio Management, or Solutions/Pre Sales for B2B SaaS
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and senior individual contributors
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for market research and portfolio performance analysis
• Proven track record in building and optimizing services portfolios and leading pre-sales solutioning
• Data-driven operator with proficiency in service KPIs and PSA/CPQ/CRM tools
