Key Responsibilities

• Own servicing and collections analytics across all investor portfolios
• Engage directly with investors to discuss portfolio performance and provide data-backed explanations
• Translate complex analytical findings into concise narratives for executives and operational leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or finance within consumer lending or capital markets
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with BI tools preferred
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of servicing and collections performance metrics and loan lifecycle analytics
