Key Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance across the servicing lifecycle, including collections and customer support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of loan servicing and collections experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Proven track record of improving portfolio performance metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
