Director of Servicing Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Servicing Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead servicing readiness and execution for new products and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Own the intake and execution of servicing-related business requests and enhancements
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure sub-servicers are prepared for product updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project and operational management, preferably in financial services or loan servicing
• Deep understanding of servicing lifecycle processes and sub-servicer operating models
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of loan servicing processes, including billing and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams
