Director of Shared Services

Job Summary

Leading the operational backbone of the enablement organization, the full-time remote Director of Shared Services will manage enablement planning, oversee communications strategies, and ensure content readiness for key events while driving team performance across Learning Experience Design, Communications, and Program Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm for the enablement organization, including managing project intake and leading Quarterly Business Reviews
• Lead the enablement communications team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across the organization
• Oversee the planning and delivery of enablement contributions to flagship events, ensuring quality and timely content development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement or related operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• 3+ years of experience managing operational teams with blended resources such as Learning Experience Design and Program Managers
• Strong knowledge of learning design principles and the ability to guide a design team toward effective outcomes
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across functions
• Experience in program and project management with a focus on structure, timelines, and risk management
