A company is looking for a Director of Site Acquisition for hyperscale infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate land parcels suitable for data center deployment
• Coordinate with utilities for power availability and negotiate grid capacity
• Navigate zoning, permitting, and compliance processes for development projects

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in land acquisition, site development, or infrastructure real estate
• Proven success in sourcing land for energy or data center projects
• Strong network within utility and permitting ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of zoning and large-parcel development
• Experience in Texas and California markets is preferred
