Director of Site Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Site Analytics and Experimentation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site analytics and performance trends, including funnel health and conversion metrics
• Design and execute advanced statistical models to understand user behavior and forecast business metrics
• Oversee and interpret A/B/n test results, providing guidance on design and feature decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital product, web analytics, or data science leadership
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of product analysts and data scientists
• Deep expertise in applying AI/ML techniques for business problem-solving
• Expert-level familiarity with SQL, Python/R, and cloud data warehouses
• Mastery of core analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Adobe Analytics
