Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the vision for Site Analytics as a growth driver for the digital business
• Own the digital analytics roadmap, including measurement strategy and data governance
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing strategies to drive measurable conversion and revenue impact

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital or site analytics, including people leadership
• Deep expertise in web analytics platforms and digital measurement frameworks
• Proven experience leading experimentation and A/B testing programs
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and customer journey analytics
