Director of Site Engagement

Job Summary

Managing health economics and outcomes research projects, the full-time remote Director of Site Engagement will ensure client needs are met while overseeing project timelines, budgets, and team recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to prepare and present capabilities presentations to clients
• Direct the collection of information through primary and secondary research, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
• Evaluate financial status of client engagements, managing scope creep and change orders as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Graduate degree in business administration, public health, public policy, management, statistics, clinical science, health services research, health economics, or a related discipline
• Undergraduate degree is also required
• At least seven years of relevant research and/or consulting experience
