A company is looking for a Director, Site Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and strategic management of partnered research sites within the franchise model
• Ensure governance, compliance, and performance while managing budgets and financial performance for assigned sites
• Lead team management, recruitment, and development to achieve operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and site management
• Proven ability to manage teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Fluency in English and proficiency with computer systems
