Director of Site Reliability

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Site Reliability & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own site reliability and availability for the cloud-hosted platform, ensuring 24x7 uptime and incident response programs
• Drive security outcomes and manage PCI Level 1 compliance, translating requirements into engineering terms
• Lead and develop an internationally distributed team across various technical functions, optimizing AWS cost and capacity

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or security engineering, with 4+ years in leadership roles
• Deep experience with AWS services in a production environment
• Hands-on familiarity with security and compliance disciplines in regulated environments
• Experience working within SAFe or similar delivery frameworks
• Proven ability to manage teams through technical engagement and credibility
