Director of Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the transition to a global, AI-powered Intelligent Agreement Management platform, the full-time remote Director of Site Reliability Engineering will take full ownership of global availability, manage the development of reliability tools, and mentor senior SREs to enhance customer trust and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end ownership of global availability and the customer experience related to agreement processing
• Develop reliability tools and APIs to enhance developer velocity and monitor platform health for internal and external users
• Manage and mentor Principal and Staff SREs while collaborating with key external partners and internal teams

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, or Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role managing high-scale SaaS platforms
• Proven experience in building tools and services, treating infrastructure as a product
• Strong accountability for complex global systems and driving them to higher standards of excellence
• Experience with public cloud ecosystems and architecting multi-region, high-availability architectures
• Background in managing and growing high-level individual contributors (Principal/Staff) in technical roles
