Director of Site Reliability & Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Site Reliability & Security to lead infrastructure reliability and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization through its first SOC 2 Type II audit, ensuring readiness and compliance
• Define and maintain SOC 2 policies and operationalize continuous compliance monitoring
• Architect cloud infrastructure for high availability and oversee incident management processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Direct experience leading an organization through a SOC 2 Type II audit
• Deep expertise in Azure and strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Proven track record of designing and operating highly available distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD tooling
• Significant professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or security engineering
