Job Summary

To drive the development of innovative learning solutions, the full-time remote Director of Skills Intelligence will manage the skills data model and learning experiences, ensuring effective skill measurement and personalized learning pathways for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and oversee Degreed's learning experiences, including self-paced and cohort-based programs
• Own the skills data model, ensuring accurate definitions and organization of skills as the system evolves
• Design proficiency rating scales and maintain compatibility with external frameworks and enterprise HR systems

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in product management with 8+ years of experience in shipping learning platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise learning structures and assessment design
• Experience in taxonomy design and managing structured data systems
• Fluency in machine learning concepts as they relate to data quality and AI workflows
• Proven ability to make strategic trade-offs between customer flexibility and long-term product health
