Job Summary

Leading the strategy for a commercial package product portfolio, the full-time Director of Small Commercial Products will drive profitable growth through disciplined underwriting and effective portfolio management while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors and recommends improvements to underwriting decision frameworks
• Evaluates portfolio performance and collaborates with Underwriting Leaders to identify risks and opportunities
• Drives underwriting technical excellence and assists in product strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 10 years of multiline package experience with exposure to underwriting, product management, and pricing
• Expert-level knowledge of coverage forms, pricing, and market trends
• Advanced knowledge of insurance operations, claims, and regulatory environments
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, matrixed environments
