Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end growth motion for the SMB segment, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and activation
- Build and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, optimizing for CAC efficiency and revenue impact
- Drive a product-led, self-serve growth motion while optimizing conversion paths and partnering with Sales for alignment
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in high-velocity SMB, B2C, or PLG growth environments
- Deep performance marketing expertise across paid search, paid social, and SEO/GEO
- Experience owning full-funnel growth and building or leveraging AI systems
- Highly analytical with a strong grasp of growth metrics like CAC and LTV
- Experience in product-led growth or self-serve SaaS models
