Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and scaled teams
• Experience in growing SMB or Mid-Market accounts in evolving environments
• Proven track record of achieving performance goals while building infrastructure
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience within matrixed organizations
