Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years in SME management, talent leadership, or a related role
• Strong understanding of global cost dynamics (US, India, South Africa, UK)
• Proven experience in cross-utilization of SME resources and demand forecasting
• Experience in EdTech or related industries is a plus
• Graduate or Master's degree
