Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at HHS-focused conferences and build relationships across CMS, CDC, ACF, and adjacent agencies
• Develop and maintain relationships with program offices and partners to shape opportunities aligned with federal program intent
• Evaluate potential opportunities for strategic fit and delivery alignment while managing the social services business development pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or partnership management within technology, digital services, or consulting
• Understanding of the HHS landscape and procurement processes across CMS, CDC, ACF, and other agencies
• Experience navigating the intersection of federal health and social services programs with state-level implementation
• Ability to work cross-functionally with contracts, finance, and delivery teams
• Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools in business development practices
