Job Summary
Leading the development of cross-platform social strategy, the full-time Director of Social Strategy will establish social as a strategic capability, focusing on patient and HCP audiences while working remotely and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-platform social strategy across patient and HCP audiences
- Serve as the subject matter expert on social engagement, advising on platform trends and emerging opportunities
- Develop and manage influencer, KOL, DOL, and ambassador strategies aligned with brand objectives
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in social strategy, digital marketing, or social media planning
- Experience developing cross-platform social strategies within healthcare or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of organic and paid social ecosystems and audience engagement behaviors
- Proven ability to manage influencer and ambassador programs
- Experience presenting strategic recommendations in client-facing settings
