Director of Software Architecture

Job Summary

Leading a team of architects, the remote Director of Software Architecture will manage architecture improvements, leverage AI technologies, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the company's technical landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of architects and directly contribute to the implementation of beneficial technologies
• Identify and leverage AI applications across the organization, focusing on code generation and architectural enhancements
• Drive the evolution of architecture methodology and communicate architectural efforts and future technology vision across the company

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant time in a Software Architect role and people management experience
• Expertise in SDLC, cloud architectures, AWS, AI/ML tooling, and DevOps
• Ability to build a technology vision and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to advocate for high-level software initiatives
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, Django/Python, and React is a plus
