Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Delivery to lead multiple Agile teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global engineering teams, QA, and Scrum processes
• Drive delivery metrics, velocity tracking, and team performance
• Collaborate closely with Product and Architecture to ensure quality software delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery
• Experience with distributed teams and QA/Test Automation oversight
• Technically engaged and metrics-driven
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future
