Director of Software Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Delivery to lead a development team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and QA professionals, including offshore teams
• Collaborate with the Chief Architect to design and build scalable production software
• Own day-to-day Agile/Scrum execution, including velocity tracking and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hands-on engineering leader in a high-velocity, product-led environment
• Proficiency in React Native, C#, and AWS
• Experience leading Agile teams, ideally across distributed time zones
• Comfortable in lean, growing organizations, ideally startups or small-to-mid SaaS firms
• Strong mentorship and cross-functional collaboration skills
