Director of Software Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Development for GPU Communication and I/O Libraries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for GPU communication and I/O libraries, developing roadmaps with teams and stakeholders
• Mentor teams to ensure delivery of commitments and foster innovation in GPU communication and I/O
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and resource allocation across engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in delivering complex software products in an Agile environment
• Experience leading multiple geographically distributed teams
• Background in software product development for HPC/AI domains
• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent
• Advanced degrees (M.Sc., M.Eng., Ph.D.) are preferred
