Job Summary

Leading a core engineering organization, the full-time remote Director of Software Development will manage a distributed team of managers and senior engineers, driving the architecture and evolution of APIs, data pipelines, and web platforms to ensure scalability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering managers and senior engineers across global teams, driving consistent engineering practices
• Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business priorities, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet roadmap commitments
• Own end-to-end delivery and operation of API platforms and core audience data assets, ensuring reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in software development with experience leading large-scale engineering teams
• 8+ years managing engineering managers and senior technical leaders in a product-led organization
• Proven experience with global, distributed teams and complex delivery organizations
• Strong background in API architecture, data engineering, and cloud-native environments (AWS, Snowflake preferred)
• Experience with modern engineering tooling and AI-assisted development in the software development lifecycle
