Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-native technologies
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in FinTech systems
• Strong expertise in regulated environments and external audit requirements
• Experience with enterprise B2B2C financial ecosystems preferred
