Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global software organization focused on AV motion planning and control systems
• Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with product and operational milestones
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team across multiple geographies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles in robotics or autonomous vehicles
• Experience shipping production-quality planning and controls software for autonomous systems
• Strong expertise in trajectory planning and motion control algorithms
• Deep understanding of real-time systems and vehicle dynamics
• Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
