Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of delivering production-quality planning and controls software
• Strong expertise in trajectory planning and motion control algorithms
• Experience managing global, distributed engineering teams
• Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
