Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in management roles
• Experience leading an engineering organization of approximately 80 people
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact full-stack software solutions
• Strong technical expertise in systems engineering, distributed storage, and web technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and modern engineering practices
