Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee daily operations of the Software Development department, managing budgets and product performance
• Coach and mentor technology leaders while participating in strategic decisions related to product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development teams
• Minimum 7 years of experience with product solution design, development, testing, and release cycles
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading software engineers in an agile environment
• Experience with service-oriented and event-driven system architecture, preferably in a public cloud ecosystem
