Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead engineering teams in developing enterprise-grade software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers, architects, and technical leads while defining technical strategy and architectural standards
• Provide architectural guidance and oversee solution designs, ensuring scalability and performance
• Ensure timely project delivery while establishing engineering KPIs and championing Agile and DevOps practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in software development with C# and .NET frameworks
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles managing teams of 10+ engineers
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, and API-first design
