Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and strategic evolution of the Digital Credit Application
• Grow and manage a global engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Take technical ownership of the application, overseeing its design, development, and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; higher degree is a plus
• 10+ years of software design and development experience, with 3-5+ years in people management
• Deep technical expertise in architecture design, development, and production operations
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern development tools, including CI/CD automation
• Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Microservice Architecture
