Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Software Development and delivery department, including budget management and product performance
• Develop partnerships across internal and external business partners and participate in strategic technology decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technology-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development teams
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product solution, design, development, testing, and release cycles using SDLC practices
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading software engineers in an agile environment
• Experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure Development, and TypeScript
