Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple software engineering teams focused on data platforms and enterprise-scale services
• Design and implement SDKs, APIs, and microservices to meet complex data and analytics needs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to develop a technical roadmap aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• PhD, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• 5+ years of leadership experience in directing engineering teams and mentoring professionals
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI)
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data pipeline frameworks
