Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture on AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience integrating AI tools into software development workflows
• Proven track record of driving technical transformation and productivity improvements
• Comfortable in a player-coach role, providing both strategic direction and hands-on execution
