Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3-5 years in leadership roles
• Strong background in software engineering with hands-on experience in modern web technologies
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and scalable system design
• Proven success in scaling SaaS engineering teams and implementing Agile processes
• Experience managing engineers across multiple functional areas including frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps
