Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in technical team management
• Experience with large-scale, complex distributed systems, ideally involving hardware/robotics
• Familiarity with C, C++, Python, Linux, and AI/ML architecture fundamentals
• Experience building sophisticated simulation environments
• Proven ability to scale products while increasing delivery speed
